Keeping Your Profile Current

Your longevity recommendations rely on accurate data. Update your metrics regularly:

  1. Log in to your One Body account.
  2. Go to Settings > Personal Information.
  3. Update your latest measurements and click Save Changes.

Our calculators (BMI, TDEE, etc.) will automatically adjust to your new data points.

Security & Access Control

Protecting your health insights is our priority:

  • Passwords: We recommend unique, complex passwords.
  • 2FA: Highly recommended to prevent unauthorized access to your metabolic history.
  • Notifications: Control which research updates and tool alerts you receive in Settings > Notifications.

Closing Your Account

If you decide to leave the One Body Project:

  1. You can export your research history and tool results from the Data Export tab.
  2. Select Settings > Account Status to initiate account deletion.

Note: Deleting your account will permanently wipe all your saved research, calculations, and profile data.
