What is Lean Body Mass?
Lean Body Mass (LBM) is the amount of weight you carry on your body that isn't fat. The goal of any bodybuilder or fitness enthusiast is to drop weight while keeping your lean body mass the same.
The Boer Formula

We use the Boer formula:

Men: 0.407 × weight[kg] + 0.267 × height[cm] − 19.2

Women: 0.252 × weight[kg] + 0.473 × height[cm] − 48.3
